His commitment to service has been recognized nationally, including the Homes for Heroes “Outstanding Service” Award and additional community leadership honors such as the Travis Manion Foundation “Fueled by Gratitude” Award, the Dr. Will Moreland Leadership Award, and the Buckeye Elementary School District Superintendent’s Volunteer of the Year Award.
Ron’s service extends well beyond real estate. He is the West Valley NAACP Armed Services and Veterans Affairs Chair, and he actively supports multiple community and educationfocused initiatives. He partners with the Arizona Educational Foundation and the Phoenix Union Foundation for Education to expand access to real estate knowledge and opportunity. Ron is also a board member with the Million Dollar Teacher Project, contributes to veteran support efforts as a committee member for the Veterans Community Project, and stays engaged through organizations like the Kiwanis Club of Litchfield.
Outside of work and service, Ron is a proud foster and adoptive parent, youth mentor, and devoted family man. Originally from Kansas City and now based in Buckeye, Arizona, he brings enthusiasm and heart to everything he does, whether he’s camping, heading to the beach, jet skiing with his family, or cheering on his Kansas City Chiefs.
